The current version of OptiMail is v7.02, to be used from 1st-July-2025.

It includes pricing changes for Australia Post parcels, national and international.

Also there is a new weight break 0-250gm for standard national small parcels.

The next version, OptiMail v7.03, is also available, and it applies from 17th-July-2025.

This includes pricing updates for PrintPost Linehaul & postage, BPS and Full Rate national letters.

Also, Large Letters can now be lodged as BPS Unbarcoded Residue (similar to Small Letters formerly known as Clean-Mail). It is important to tick the box “Correct Addressing’ on the job entry form, to indicate that the address label is machine printed. In the case of small letters, the ‘Plastic Wrapped’ tickbox must not be ticked.
